The 2019 PA Procurement Expo & Forum will provide educational sessions, networking opportunities, off-site tours, special events, and an exhibit hall with more than 300 suppliers and government agencies with the latest in products and services for all levels of government, educational institutions, public safety agencies, hospitals and healthcare organizations, non-profits, and businesses.

Choose from more than 50 educational sessions discussing the latest procurement trends as well as the basics, plus a one-day NIGP class on Practical Specification Writing offering .8 CEUs and 7.5 contact hours.   The NIGP class is being offered at a significant discount!
  • End-User of Products or Services? We’ve got educational sessions for you, as well as the opportunity to see products up close and meet the vendors.

Attendee Registration Types & Fees

Full Admission (includes admission to Opening General Session, educational breakout sessions, Expo, parking, lunch, breaks, off-site tours, networking event).

  •  Early Bird Registration--Payment received by July 31, 2019:  Two Days at $100; One Day at $65
  • Payment received after July 31, 2019:  Two Days at $120; One Day at $75

Expo Only (includes admission to Expo, parking, breaks, networking event)

  •  Early Bird Registration--Payment received by July 31, 2019:  Two Days at $50; One Day at $25
  • Payment received after July 31, 2019:  Two Days at $60; One Day at $30

Add One-Day NIGP Class, Practical Specification Writing (eligible for .8 CEUs and 7.5 contact hours):  $150 (plus registration option selected above)


Click here if you work for one of the departments/agencies listed below.  Since your agency is on the shared services list with the Department of General Services, you or your agency will not be charged for your registration fee (does not include NIGP course for which there is a separate fee) if you register by noon on September 3.  Please be aware that PA Procurement Expo & Forum resources will be allocated upon your registration.  DGS requests that if you need to cancel, you do so by August 21 via email to:  info@paprocurementexpo.com.
